Thanks guys, the part I never thought I could do without was the morning cigs with my coffee, I'm a bit shocked for the second day now with just a few vapes while having my coffee!

I remember when I first started I had issues with the habits I had and not so much nicotine.
What I mean is, every morning I'd make a cup of coffee and take my little Schnauzer out for her morning potty. And through the day, her potty time was my smoke time. We'd go out and I'd have a couple cigs while she sniffed around and done her doggy stuff.
Several times at first I'd get up to go out with her and by habit reach for a cigarette. Things felt weird, or off. Hard to explain. But I know it was the habit of walking around with her and smoking that I had to break next, not the nicotine.
I did get used to it in a few days, but I find it surprising how much of the physical act alone is a habit to break.
With some experimenting you'll find things that really just work great for you too.
I mentioned it earlier, but I have 3 flavors during the day. A morning, all day, and eve.
Mornings I like a flavor thats light and mild.
Mid Day is usually something like Deadly Sin. And evening I like a sweeter vape. Often fruity flavors.
You may find yourself experimenting ALOT in the first couple months. But you'll soon lock in what suits you.

If the info here helps anyone then its worth it. I just hope it helps some of you as it has me.
Hopefully we can all get some good info and experiences in for those who are on the edge or unsure.
Well done Derek, I wish I was more like you, although it has helped me, which is a plus. I am trying to get better at it. Hopefully some new juices will do it.
Wishmaster, what you have done could save a lot of people's lives and make them have better lives. If something like that isn't worth a Rep., What is? you deserve more than you are getting.

I think you're right Jessie, those routine habits are probably tougher to deal with than just the nic habit.
Not yet Mike, I probably will though. I'm still on the first cartridge, I'm seeing a lot less vapor coming out so I'll be using the second one pretty quick here. (It came with a 5 pack of high)
To tell you the truth Steve, I almost ordered one of those Volcano's and may still get one. I was just skeptical and saw this blu starter kit as a cheaper option ($35) in case it wasn't for me.
Just holding this in my hand most of the time is helping, I would normally be smoking pretty much constantly while at the computer.
That's the problem I have. Working on a thread and just from force of habit, I light up a real cig and start smoking, without thinking. Then all of a sudden I realize it and wonder what the heck am I doing.
I am doing better with my smoking though, but still too much. I still need to cut down more. I just got some more juice, I am about to try. It's stronger than what I had. I'm hoping it will help.
You'd be surprised on how changing or testing inhaling habits alter how much smoke Blu will create,
inhaling a bit slower will react differently than inhaling harder which is the first reaction to not getting any or small amounts of smoke
I hit it slowly like a joint :)
