    I'm not running a server but I didn't bother to remove that link although I had realized that it wasn't a problem for me.

    As for UDP connections on Port 123 - it stays blocked unless I run an application called Timesync that can get the time from a list of time servers and synchronize the clock. It needs to be run manually on demand and a firewall rule has been created to allow connections on port 123 only when running this software.

    It said mine was 2.4 seconds ahead, It was synching with time.windows.com

    Mine is 22 seconds late at Time.is and 19 seconds late at Accurate Time links...

    i still can't synchronize to "time.windows.com" since more than a week, now...?!?
