Any Aquarium keepers in here? need to find a fish breed

Hey ladies and gents, I bought some terrapins about a year ago, and I thought it would be a great idea to introduce a few tropical fish into the tank, didn't go too well, I bought 2 silver dollars and a breed i'm not sure of, here's a picture of the fish in question, wondering if anybody has or knows the breed.

That looks like a Congo tetra to me. What are the water parameters of the tank......temp. etc?

The fish aren't in that tank atm, had to move them because the Terrapins were being fed feeder fish, so they were nipping at them, the temps at the time were about 27c - 80f, not sure about the selinity or pH levels, too long ago now, but right now they are living in a coldwater setup, the goldfish are happy with 26-7c 80-2f

Tetra won't do well in cold water.....stick them with the goldfish in the warm tank - perfect temperature. But make regular water changes : goldfish are very messy. Some tetra can be sensitive to dirtier tanks.

There's a heater in the goldfish tank now, I need a better filter though, here's a pic of them with the goldfish.

A quick update and also need to find something else now, here's the new setup, got a bigger tank, same filter, but seems like there's less mess in this one, maybe the tank was too small and it was causing algae.

also got a new Turtle, she's a suspected florida red-bellied cooter, but i'm not sure, we did think she was a yellow bellied slider but as you can see, she's not got the same shell or colours as our two others (yellow bellied sliders), new turtle is on the left in this picture.

here's a video of her if anyone can use this (60fps enabled in chrome)

not sure what type of turtle the big one is (in the picture of the turtles, she's the one of the left), I inherited her from my mother in law, she was being aggressive to another turtle (Mississippi map turtle), so we took her because we thought she was another yellow bellied slider (same as our other turtles) but now seeing her, I'm not too sure, she seems more like a red bellied cooter, but it's hard to tell, she is quite a friendly turtle, even so that you can pick her up and she'll sit on your hand for hours, she's got very distinctive markings on her arms and face, not like ours at all, her plastron has a slight tinge of red to it, but it's very slight.

I expected turtles to be rather boring, however, they seem to be the liveliest creatures i've ever seen, They almost seem like what I call aware pets (pets with personality eg/ cats/dogs), I could sit in front of my tank for hours watching them swimming about. If you ever get the chance to see them in person Colin, take the opportunity to do so, you won't be disappointed, it's an expensive hobby but no more than fish I suppose(apart from feeding).
