I had a bank card call from the "police" just before Xmas. I knew something was not right almost immediately when they started asking things they should have known like which bank I used. If they didn't know which bank where did they get my phone number from. They hung up when I started asking questions. I checked with my bank and sure enough it was a scam call.
Yes Mike in the cold light of day but you are probably distracted at the time. They rely on that.
Oh hubby said I shouldn't encourage them to just put the phone down but if I've got time I like to see what else they come up.
