After 5 years and 6 months, I have finally resigned yesterday.
I will serve 2 months notice period starting yesterday; last working day - 6th August 2015.

It has been a long journey with plenty of things to learn, however it has come to a stage where there isn't anymore growth opportunities left in the company. So it is about time to move on in life..
Well, a new job always comes with a salary hike. I think you already have proposals. :)

All the best. It takes a little time to establish at a new place because of the stfu noob attitude of the existing guys. But a smart guy like you will easily overcome it.

Thanks bro. I have 2 months to search and go for the best one. I will ensure I have at least 3-4 offers in hand to choose from. Salary hike - definitely.

He's going to be disappointed that we're not as advanced yet. Something went wrong with the time line.

I don't think anyone should have that power because you can really mess up stuff if you do...

    Oh I'm not worrying.

Though today I read a really sad thing that Sir Christopher Lee has passed away and normally I dislike using the acronym but I really hope that he has gone to a better place. Rest in peace my good Sir!
