Well the Havit sounded like a old time typewriter and was noisy as hell-o
Logitech has the black o-rings and they block the light from showing the special characters
To make matters worse the numbers are above the special characters instead of under like all other key boards I've ever used
If logitech wasn't assbackwards in key design it wouldn't of been an issue most of the light would be where the special characters

Still not perfect but is an improvement
Perfect would be to replace the keys with what I consider normal layout

Only problem with that is using a different key board everything is fine :)

I don't know why Logitech put the numbers on top of the characters it makes no sense to me at all
Glad I only paid 80.us for it too but the clear o-rings do make a difference thankfully :)

All my Logitech keyboards are of the conventional layout, (UK arrangement obviously), I can only suppose that the reversed layout they chose was to compensate for bad original design, to illuminate the numbers better it was cheaper to change the number position than re-design the keyboard

    Yep
Really odd when the key board has has the numbers keypad
If the key board did not have the keypad it might make a little more sense :/

Well I seen gaming keyboard from other manufactures from $100.00 to up over $300.00. For a Das gaming keyboard for around $150.00 seems like a good price to me.
    Remember it is a Das.

Their gaming mouse is going to be around $80.00.

I have two Das Professional 4 keyboards. No gaming and no lights and they cost me $180.00 each. So a Das Gaming Keyboard has got to worth $150.00 in my opinion.

I've paid a lot more than $150 for keyboards in the past, although they were desk mounted hi-grade stainless steel and were also totally flameproof industrial units are a little more hard-wearing than even gaming units

Some gaming mouses are over a $100.00 and some are $20.00 mouses with the word gaming on them.

Das does not pay me anything. I speak highly of their products because I use them and so far they are the best I found.
I'm also very happy with my two Logitech M705 mice. The first Logitech anything that I have liked. Nothing fancy and they still cost around $40.00 each.

When I do get another mouse and keyboard I will give Das Gaming a try and I'm not a gamer.

When one thinks of how much you use a mouse and keyboard while computing a proper mouse and keyboard is important.

My Das keyboards stopped the pain in my hands, wrists and arms while typing that I got from all other keyboards I tried.

A little off subject but don't forget about the chair you plunk your bass in for several hours a day behind the keyboard. The proper chair at the proper height does wonders for your attitude.
Old bones and old injuries demand a proper chair.
