[off topic] Easy way to see new posts?

Hello all,

I like to know if there is a way to display New Posts on the Windows 7 forum, and refresh that every minute or so?
Maybe a gadget?

I don't know if a gadget for refreshing it exists though.

SevenForuns Gadget can be set to refresh every 8 seconds
checking for new posts

Also you can click on the " New Posts " in the top Menu every 6 to 8 seconds to see the latests update new recent posts !

But those of use who use the SevenForums Gadget, find it the Greatest !
