I've got my dad down from Anglesey so he's having chicken and veggies (he's a fussy eater), I'm having the same but with duck and pork on the side.

My big meal will be Christmas Eve at my sister's. The only I thing I know for sure is a spiral cut ham, mashed potatoes. Christmas Day will probably be whatever soup or pasta I have in the house.

Well there's only me and hubby so I'm doing a chicken breast joint, new potatoes, veg, roast potatoes and stuffing balls. I'll do myself a couple of pigs in blankets, hubby is a very fussy eater and he wouldn't touch anything like that. He wont even touch the chicken after the initial slices for his dinner. I slice the rest in my size portions and freeze them.

I'm off to my parents so I'll assume something along the lines of....

    Starter
    Prawn Cocktail

    Main
Turkey, stuffing, pigs in blankets*, bacon, roast potatoes, parsnips, gravy.

    Desert
    Xmas pudding and custard.
