Don't most users search web from browser?

I don't even notice Bing web results since it puts them below OS related searches. You have to let it bother you.

It's there and I can't remove it so yes that bothers me.
It should bother anyone that does not use Bing search or suggestions....

Everyone knows, the plan is to sex up Metro in 10 while figuratively destroying the legacy desktop. I think when 10 hits RTM, you'll find everything including the iconography more polished/looking better in Metro, but desktop will look like a child's toy box in comparison...

Probably not all that far from the truth,
Microsoft is already treating desktops as mobile devices with all of this fast start stuff,
Although Intel started that crap with the technology in new generation chips,
Problem is and should be addressed that older chips do not or are not compatible with it and the fast start crapware is bricking hdd's on desktops
hdd is sitting there asleep waiting for a silly unnecessary command to wakeup by the mother board :/

Each new build has gotten worse not for the better imho.
    Agreed.

IMO, W10TP b9841 was the best preview.

I had to hack the Registry to enable W10TP b9926 to access files from our LAN.
The only problems the previous builds had with our network were PEBKAC related.
