    Yum!

I had Meat crust potato pie. It's a "pie" where hamburger, tomato sauce, bread crumbs and spices make a "crust". Fill with mashed potatoes piled high :) Bake and eat. Simple meat and potatoes, but it's good and easy to make. Add onions, or cheese, etc. if you like. Sliced tomato, garlic bread. Easy tasty meal after a long day.

    Recipe

    1/3 cup Tomato sauce
    1/2 cup bread crumbs
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp salt
    pinch of pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion if you like onion

Combine ingredients and form into a crust in 9" oven ready pie plate
Fill with mashed potatoes (make a lot and pile em high )
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes

You could mix cheese in the crust, or potatoes. Add sour cream and chives to potatoes, etc. I like my potatoes plain. I just cook my potatoes sliced until starting to get soft. Mash them with butter. Add milk until smooth and whipped. Everyone has their own way to make mashed potatoes, so do it how you like. Serve up a slice of pie, and enjoy :)

Tonite, French Roll sandwiches of Italian sausage and rapini.

    I just love these sandwiches.

A green salad also, of course.

Today it was 85F, so I made some Kabobs on the grill. I'm not sure if it is because of my phone camera or the beer that made the picture blurry
