No I do need the money, i need alot of it to solve my issues ($4K out of pocket due to drug-addict tenants not paying rent)

hehe i know. sometimes i just wish i'm born smarter (alot smarter ) so i can make more money...

Anyway, the issue with my non-paying rent tenant is all resolved. Thank the Lord. They left the house with a big mess and i had to fit the cleaning bill PLUS 12 weeks of lost rent.

I hope to be seeing all of it back from my insurance, and claiming through insurance can only be MORE pain...not going to be a good 09 Christmas me don't think. the plus side is we already have a new tenant signed up.

Now you see why money will solve my issue?
