It's pretty standard for me that shops ship my stuff on the same day I order it. My games vendor sends off orders on the same day if I order before 2pm, as does the store where I usually buy electronics from. No express shipping either. So this alone doesn't make is suspicious, especially if it's something simple like shipping a DVD.

But since you still didn't get it, yeah, doubt they sent it. But the US is much larger than Germany. :) Here, even regular mail and packages arrive within 1-2 days.

Have you actually received a real email confirming dispatch and includes a tracking number.

I pre-ordered mine as a student and it did take a while for them to actually ship it but once it was it arrived quickly.

The first time I asked about a tracking number, that part of my email was ignored along with asking for a phone number to customer service beings I wasn't getting any help. The second time I asked they told me there was no tracking number as they're shipped in bulk. I know thats B.S. though, by law they have to have some type of tracking system on anything sent in the mail to know where it originally came from or got shipped from last.

I don't think it was stolen, it was just never shipped in the first place when it should have been! That's probably why they conviently didn't give out a tracking number so I couldn't prove that it was or wasn't shipped on the day they claimed it was. The last email said it shipped on Tuesday (Nov 10th) and at this point I wouldn't be surprised if it took the whole 7-14 days to get here on November 24th as the last email I got said. But if it indeed comes on that day or shortly before, it'll have taken exactly a month from the day I ordered it to get here <_<

On the shipping label there is a Delivery Note # 279xxxx053
    Shipment 11-05-2009

Then there is a vertical BarCode in the middle of label 27900xxx1abc1628
