Email Host Change=No Emails From Netflix
Hi, guys.
I have a REALLY frustrating problem. I have a personal website and associated email address (myfirstname@myfirstandlastname.ca). GoDaddy was the host. It was during that time when I associated that address with my Netflix account. If I would communicate with Netflix via live chat, when I was finished, I would click the option to have a chat transcript emailed.
A few days ago, I switched the same website and email address to Gandi. Now, when I try to get the chat transcript emailed, it never arrives. I get a banner in my Netflix account saying my email address appears to be invalid, and asks me to update it, so clearly, those emails are bouncing. I update it with the same address but it doesn't solve the issue. I still receive emails from other people and businesses as usual. Any ideas?
