I'm dumb but even I know this is bad

So I woke up one morning and my sister asked me to help fix her PC, I told her that I don't know much about PCs at all but I'll try........... I started it up and it looked promising, that was until I seen it was windows vista..... I asked her if she really needed it and she said no, chucked it in the bin! :P
