    Yep got plans for that one after Turkey, ...
    I've been to Greece (+islands etc), Malta ..... but not Turkey. I'd like to visit Turkey but I still need to get Midnight Express out of my mind.

    Those are past times. Especially after the EU membership application and passing of compliance laws. We can't even keep the thieves in prison now, heh.

    Real story: Couple years back, I needed to renew driving license, and faced some problems at the station. I got pissed and talked a bit harsh. First they threw me out of the station :) then they grabbed me and dragged back in. One of them showed his baton and told me he would have stick it up in my a.. if not for EU laws. I told him that's why exactly we needed them in the first place. Some quarrel and they threw me out for good. He would have been suspended if I went to the prosecutor with it.

    Anyway, you will be safe. Let me know if you visit Istanbul!

    an avatar is supposed to be a representation of one's self so I never could understand why people use avatars of the opposite sex (men especially love doing that; could it be a "Freudian slip"?).

Well, I am from La Crosse, Wisconsin (United States), and thought it would be interesting to see pictures of where you live! Here are a few pictures of my town (about 53,000 people live here). We also have the WORLD'S LARGEST SIX PACK OF BEER!!! Its like, 6 stories high :)
