Chubby, puffy and tired but freshly shaved:

Shaved early today first time in couple of months, also cut the hair by myself (easier what I'd expected!) trying to make myself a bit more representative ahead of some important appointments this week. Couldn't even think to wear a suit and a tie looking as I looked ahead of the operation Shave & Cut :).

Here we go, a few pics of me. One is from 1990 with my youngest son, the 2nd one is from 2012 and my trip to NYC in November and the 3rd one is with my Nephew.
My Nephew used to weigh 180kg (397lbs) and now weighs 110kg (242) pounds. He is a Professional Trainer and has his own Gym. He did ALL of the weight loss on his own, determination and HEAPS of exercise. :)
