    I have an MIS undergrad. You can become a systems engineer, then a technical sales rep, work your way to senior staff, then be a regional VP of Implementation, and eventually a Marketing VP for a fortune 500. Then you can cash out/bug out, go to Culinary School and become a Chef. Worked for me!
