Breakthrough number changing credit card may help eliminate fraud
I thought of these rotating CVV issues before reading the comments at zdnet. What about Merchants that store your card number each month? What about those that don't use CVV numbers? I also notice, on some websites your order is not processed at the time the order is placed, so your CVV number could be invalid by the time the order is processed which could create problems.
As far as the photo idea. Before you were able to swipe the card on your own, I had a cc with one. The merchants thought the card was a fake. Getting a photo card now, won't work because most places you swipe or insert the card into POS terminal. Not all areas in the U.S. have chip & signature terminals or chips cards but that slowly changing. My debit card is a chip & pin card.
