Live Chat feature on websites.

Hey, just curious that how many of you have ever used Live Chat feature on websites like which can be related to anything specific like Software or maybe schedule an appointment for getting service for you car or anything?

I've used it a couple of times when I've wanted to query an order or something like that, it works very well and you get an email after with a transcript of the conversation. :)
