    You can use 'sweetened condensed milk'... provided you have nonfat dry milk powder

    Thanks Jacee, I actually only had Whole Milk handy.

    I've been cooking a lot more lately getting a 'feel' for it. This year I'm cooking the thanksgiving dinner.
