Is this Metro PCS ad really true?

Hello,

this Metro PCS ad just popped up on my screen where they claim to cover 99% of the people in the U.S.

Is that really true?

Metro PCS is now part of T-Mobile and, although T-Mobile has improved quite a bit, it still doesn't get that great of coverage. If you don't travel much, you may be able to get good coverage around where you live.

All the ads I've seen on T-Mobile carry on about how they are within 1% of the best in reliability but reliability isn't the same as coverage (a fact they "conveniently forget" to mention). Straight Talk (available through Walmart) has data plans and some phones that use the Verizon network (not all of Straight Talk's phones and plans use the Verizon network so check before buying). Verizon still has the best reliability (barely) and definitely still has the best coverage (although their customer service still sucks).

I tinkered with the user.cfg before, and I went back in to change it, but I can still see the taskbar when I open Metro. I when into Steam and verified the files, and it re-downloaded 1 thing at it didn't help. I've tried F11 and Alt+Enter.

I'm wondering exactly what improvements and changes have been made that might make it worthwhile to upgrade. I don't much care about cosmetic changes, only in those that actually make the program work better. I took a look at the Acronis website, but didn't find a change log, only literature to...
