    Google drive not showing files

    Hey All!

    Got a question about Google Drive, not sure if this is the right area to put this but im having an issue,

    I made a share folder adding some videos and made a shareable link, I added 5 videos but the share link only is showing 3 of them and cannot find a solution..

    so if anyone has an idea of something i could do to resolve this issue that would be awesome!

    Thanks;

    Do all 5 videos have the same suffix?
    Is the folder set to show all suffixes?

    I hope this helps!

    Could someone you shared it with have deleted it? Have you checked the trash?

    Are you saying that the viewers are only seeing 3 of the 5 videos? If so have you checked the share settings on the files or are the files completely gone? Either way this is a server issue. You should contact Google and hope that they can/will help.

    Hi 403Phaze,

    Have you checked the Not Allowed list? The files may have been saved there, as the file names could contain the characters that are are considered illegal by Google Drive. Or they may have been ignored (Ignore List), here are the prefixes, extensions and filenames mentioned in odrive that may be the reason for that.

    Yes when i try to log into the drive via the share link they can only see 3 of the videos posted, but when I log into my drive i'm able to watch/download/edit all 5

    Ill look into contacting google because its a weird issue thanks

    I honestly never even thought about that, I know when i uploaded them I renamed all the videos to something like "1. Terminator (1982)" or something similar, but its just odd how it only shows some and not all
