    I hate draws but not as much as penalty shootouts,they should be banned from the game

    I also think this idea falls into the same category as my last big idea of a hat based rank system: very funny but totally impractical and fundamentally flawed.

    Yes worryingly, as long as England stay ahead of North Korea (lowest ranked team) I won't write hate mail to the FA and FIFA.
