    Argentina 3 - 1 Mexico
Go, go, for the sake of me watching the game, I don't want to waste good beer (meaning be disappointed of the game, (in this case referees))

Argentina looked very tough, even without the offsides goal.

    We were robbed....
    We were rubbish, more like

Fair play to Germany, they were playing against poor opposition and duly dispatched us.

Time for the FA to actually do something. Howsabout a limit on non-English players in the Premier League and have the national team managed part-time by a successful English club manager, such as Harry Redknapp or Roy Hodgson?

Meanwhile, for the next 2 weeks, time to put away the cross of St George and get out the Brazilian flag :)
The defense was terrible for all the German goals, though once we scored the first goal, England did start to play better but that second goal we were definitley robbed from. How the linesman couldn't see it I'll never know. Germany did play well though, so looking forward to Argentina vs Germany.

we got caught on the counter and kept getting sucker punched because we were going for goals to get back in the game.
who knows what would of happened if that goal stood by lampard what could of happened , Yes most probably beaten on penaltys

I don't know if I should find another rooting interest for the rest of the tournament, or just give up until next time around.

I'm open to sales pitches from fans of different teams....give me a compelling argument and I'll consider rooting for your guys the rest of the way.
Hey Randy, what about the good Brazilian friends you have here at SF???

    Well, maybe puppy eyes then?
