I don't know if I should find another rooting interest for the rest of the tournament, or just give up until next time around.

I'm open to sales pitches from fans of different teams....give me a compelling argument and I'll consider rooting for your guys the rest of the way.
Hey Randy, what about the good Brazilian friends you have here at SF???

    Well, maybe puppy eyes then?

Puppy eyes sealed the deal:).....most compelling pitch I have received. So let's go Brazil!

    Hey wally,
We must be on the same wave length. I posted that in avatar and sig as I was looking for an animated sig for someone and ran across the same one.
    That one never fails....
    I also have alternative ones:

I didn't want to just use the same one as you.....and it only took a couple of minutes to find this one. I haven't seen them play yet.....so far, the Argentina team is the toughest I have seen. But I hear that Germany should give them a challenge this next game.

    Winner!!!
    Alright!! 3x0
It could have been 5x0 if Michel Bastos and Ramirez would have actually passed the ball.

Indeed. Everybody rooting for Germany too! I would rather face them in a final match.

Germany has to get past Argentina first - and that is not obvious.

Nothing or nobody can make me believe that Germany could win. It's going to be Argentina, I believe they are playing in final.

I think Portugal will get in to the semi-finals against Argentina, which will be a good game to watch. Though the Spain vs Portugal game tomorrow will be a good one, too.
