Cool tip on AOMEI Backupper and using FDE

If you use FDE (Full Disk Encryption) like I do, and clone copy/paste your hard drive data from one drive to your backup drive like I do. You'll discover that once you copy the data over to your backup, you also have to encrypt the backup as well. For me it was a long process. But I just discovered something and it works fantastic.

I haven't backed up my secondary HDD in my computer in a while. Like the system HDD, the second HDD is encrypted. So I pulled out my 1 TB external USB HDD and tried a clone using AOMEI Backupper. To my amazement AOMEI actually cloned the encrypted data over to the external. So rather than messing around with having to wait 4 hours for the copy/paste and then go back in and encrypt that data again, the clone already keeps the data in the encrypted format saving me a great deal of time.

So if you use FDE and want to clone your FDE disks, the clone feature in AOMEI Backupper might just be what you are looking for. No more copy/paste for me.
