Downloading Pictures from Phone to My Win 7 PC
Hi Guys -- Chillout was the only place I could find to put this but I know someone can help. When I take pictures using my phone, I just plug into my Win 7 PC and a menu pops up that says "Import Pictures". I click, it loads into my PC picture folder and everyone is happy. == When I hook Ms. BigMck's phone up the same way, it says "No Pictures Are Found". There are a lot in her phone. The pictures appear to be in the same place in both phones. I am new with Smart Phones. Just on this little bit of info, I was wondering if anyone could pick out a step I am missing like do I need to have different destination folders for the pictures? Do I need to call the phones different names in the PC so they import from different places? If anyone could think of something different I could do, I would appreciate it. Thanks,

Hello bigmk,
I have only ever connected two cameras (identical make and model) to the same computer. Auto Play detects each device are different serial number and can treat them separately, for purposes of Plug and Play settings.
Hope that helps.
