    Now get out of that.

Oooopppps. Forklift smashes massive vodka stock. This fork lift operator backs up a bit too fast and bumps into the edge of large pallet rack and hits it just hard enough to start a domino effect bringing down the entire warehouse. Forklift accident brings down an alcohol warehouse in Russia.

How to destroy five million roubles of vodka and cognac in just five seconds, by warehouse forklift driver!

Why oh why does everyone treat youtube footage like reliable evidence?

FYI Russian vodka is shrink wrapped in cellophane and not boxed in cartons, for customs purposes... so whatever those cartons might have held - it sure as hell wasn't vodka...

So you seem to be the only person on the internet, that I could find, that says that this is not bottles of vodka.

Every page I went to, to confirm the story all say that it is vodka, for eg, the New York Times,
CBS news, Daily Telegraph in England etc etc ,so they are all wrong and you know different,
it certainly looks like bottles, in the open boxes at the start of the clip to me. Can you post a picture of a warehouse full of vodka that's packaged as you say, and let me see what you are talking about, Please.

I work for HM Customs & Excise and recently spent a year in Russia under a contraband cooperation program running with the EU. They use clear wrap because loads are routinely stopped on the roads by the militia (police) and inspected in depots and entrepots for examination of the customs labels affixed to the necks of the bottles.

Every bottle has a gummed paper seal which encompasses the screw top, they're individually numbered and the authorities can run immediate checks on the serials to identify contraband.

For this very reason they're packed using transparent materials

Checks are frequently carried out because of the amount of moonshine which, in some cases, contain harmful chemicals and solvents.

Exported bottles are not subject to these regulations but are stored and transported solely by government approved agencies.
