Chromebook error message, "You're browsing as a guest"
Hi! We recently bought a Dell Chromebook for our two young grandchildren. It has worked fine until today. Today, there's this error message, "You're browsing as a guest." I've tried Google suggestions for the problem - but no luck. I tried signing out and then back in. Still, the same error message. I clicked "Learn more" under that error message, and they sent me a code - but I still have the problem. Let me know if you have any idea how to fix this problem. Thanks!
