Chromebook error message, "You're browsing as a guest"

Hi! We recently bought a Dell Chromebook for our two young grandchildren. It has worked fine until today. Today, there's this error message, "You're browsing as a guest." I've tried Google suggestions for the problem - but no luck. I tried signing out and then back in. Still, the same error message. I clicked "Learn more" under that error message, and they sent me a code - but I still have the problem. Let me know if you have any idea how to fix this problem. Thanks!

I finally fixed the problem now. I had to answer Searchlock questions and then the problem was fixed I get Searchlock browser protection, but have to reinstall it every time it gets turned off without my permission - which happens often. But at least I know how to reinstall it - it just takes some time, that's all!
