Is it possible an unusable CD or DVD usable again - for free?

Hi! Is it possible an unusable CD or DVD usable again - for free? I don't feel like bothering with any method that costs anything. Sometimes, I've made the mistake of deleting a video from one that I had put onto a disk and it was unusable afterwards. Now I know better than to delete movies with the delete button. I'll just leave them on there - much better than causing the disk to be unusable. Let me know if you know of a way to correct any self-made errors like that on disks, and to do it for free. Thanks!

No, not even for money, unless you use rewritable CD-R's or DVD-R's..

The only way you could have removed the video is if it was rewritable. In which case it should still be reusable. Unless you physically damaged it.

You can get a new pack of disks really cheap at electronics stores.
