There are programs that will image your hard drive and write it to the SSD. You can either do an image of the hard drive or simply use the clone function and copy it to the SSD. If you only have one drive in your computer then a clone should be straight forward. If you have more than one then you may have a problem getting the clone to always boot the first time.

I usually put the SSD in an external enclosure and clone the original drive to it. Once it is done I swap the SSD with the original drive.

There are many types and methods. I have used Clonezilla (not related to Mozilla), AOMEI Backupper and now my methoud is more complex using HDD Raw Copy Tool and Hiren's Boot CD and a portable version of Veracrypt all via USB using Ventoy *takes breath*.

HDD Raw Copy Tool takes a disk (damn near any partition scheme, etc) and turns it into a 1:1 image file. Now that file can be put into an encrypted file container...

Clonezilla will also clone an encrypted computer. Clonezilla is a pretty nifty piece of software for automation and whatnot.

For absolute simplicity just go AOMEI Backupper. It is Chineseware though, and since I don't trust a human rights abusing, IP stealing, communist country ad nauseam, I generally don't recommend it.
