    Older Windows Forum Sites


    As a rather ancient (84) user of the Seven and Ten Forums, I have found them to be extraordinarily helpful in sorting out problems. For what earlier versions of Windows were there Forum sites and, if there were any, where are they archived?

    At the moment, I am trying to restore an old PC to run Windows 98SE and while I doubt this series of Forums goes back that far, it occurred to me to inquire about how long this series has been around.

    We go back as far as Vista at: Vista Forums

    You're more than welcome to post questions about Windows 98 at any of the sites though.

When I log in on my forums I only stay logged in for a few minutes even though I ask to stay logged in. I must refresh the page and log in again if I want to add a comment or start a new thread. What to do, please in baby steps as I´m an old guy with very little software repair knowledge.
