Is 68 miles high enough to actually be weightless or is it the old 'you feel weightless while we plummet to earth trick'?
Alan Shepard just went up and down on his space shot. He went 115 miles up. I would think 68 miles would not get you weightlessness until you started down and then you "feel" like you are weightless. That is like hitting the brakes too hard in your car.
