Here in my extended family the adults don't give presents. Our needs are all catered for & any material things are superfluous.
Money that would have been spent on presents is given to worthy charities.

I don't know what to get him yet although I have got him already the big boxes of Wine Gums and Jelly Babies, I think he's probably be happy with just those
I bought him the new CD called Words for our Anniversary and he said I should have kept it for Christmas instead, it has several readings on it spoken by a few famous people although I think the one with an outstanding reading voice is sadly dead, Richard Burton, I have the CD's with him and David Essex doing War of the Worlds.
