I hope that is just a bad, really bad joke.
Wasn't there talk about taxing fat people more than skinny people?
I agree that people should try their hardest not to get fat, but I know people that work out all the time and they are still fat, they barely eat because they want to be skinny, they aren't obese by any means but "chunky" if you would.
