Just for the record: I smoked nearly 30 years but I quit 12 years ago and I haven't looked back.

If it works my hats off to the inventors. And anybody that ha somked or does somke knows how difficult it is to quit. I'd like to try one myself and see what it's all about.

I guess i quit smoking more that 6 or 7 time

I quit smoking every time I go to sleep. But I always take it up again in the morning...
