    easy.

    and its probably too big
Big in size or big in Width-height?
Well, i cant find a smaller picture, so... help?
what is the file size? open it in paint. it has to be less than 100 pixels x 100 for use as avatar.
When i uploaded my avatar picture it was 1920 x 1080. The website resized it.
So, why cant it do that now?

Um because it isnt set up that way. if your avatar is ruely 1920x1080 (that seems like a screen res) it is almost 19 times too big. If you resize it smaller it may even pixelate

Upload the image(s) to your Album

Next, open your Social Group. Click on Add Pictures
You may add pictures to this group from your albums. Paste the URL of each picture you want to add on a separate line. Alternatively, you can add pictures to this group by first viewing them in your albums and then selecting "Add Pictures to Group".

What I do is preview the pic then take a snip shot. Snipping will reduce the kb size usualy below 100. quick and easy
