Well they say to conquer yout fear, you must face it. That i sorta did, and it paid off, i've done what i needed to do (with abit of heart pumping moments).

definitely frame of mind and what you imagine will happen next ,

when I was about 12 or 13 i freaked out walking across a slatted bridge and was terrified of heights.

I ended up working in the music biz and spent 5 years building stages and rigging, it was a pure buzz and the key for me was what i thought about, once i managed to stop considering i might fall it became easy

I'm afraid of android and can't learn
