All I've been hearing about this movie is how awesome the special effects are, even if the storyline is not exactly original who cares?
I think it's time i go to the movie theater anyways, I want eat nice buttery popcorn, drink cold pop, and wear 3D shades:)

    Excellent film.
Whether or not the idea was original or not,it was the first time in a long time ive seen a much hyped film with alot of SFX that actually spend time making the background and making the world seem "real".Alot of films nowadays seem to lack that, their other races and worlds have no cultre, relgion, ideals, pastimes etc

Tolkien was good at it,and in my opinon,so is cameron.

It sounds like you expected depth. I sure didn't and I liked it.
