Kitchen Cutlery

I was wondering if anyone else is obsessed with Fine kitchen cutlery or custom knives in general.

Knives are one of man-kinds oldest and most useful tools yet so few people master them.

I just stropped all my kitchen knives on 9000 grit leather backed sand paper to polish the razor thin convex edges. My Bark River custom kitchen knives cut like lazers and are such a joy to use. People are just amazed when they try them for the first time.

Any other knife nuts here?

No problem mate, I've been told I have a strange sense of humor and I try to curb it but I often fail; you're correct, the inerwebz is a hard medium to convey some ideas through.

My apologies.
