The UN??? Since when does the UN have any say over taxes anywhere??? As far as Im concerned, they can wish in one hand and spit in the other and see which one fills up first!!
We already pay a tax on internet service; check your broadband bill. Why should the World Health Organization have a say on taxes at all?
The UN is just all talk. They can say the world is round and it would mean nothing.

Ask them, "Do they know where the five lamps are", as we say here in Ireland.
It's just one of a number of suggestions that the UN has put forward for how to raise money in order to improve health in poorer nations. It's a pretty good aim I reckon :)
When those poorer countries quit shooting each other....
They've got enough money to buy gun, but enough to buy a water distribution system.
