Proud Father

My wife has given birth to a beautiful little baby girl.

The happy event took place at 10:24 AM Indian Standard Time 25/01/2010.

Birth was by Cesarean Section, because of the relatively large size of the fetus.

I am now a proud father.

I can scarcely believe it. It is just about the most wonderful feeling in the world when those little fingers grip your hand...

We propose to call her "Anamika", a Sanskrit word that means "That which cannot be named" meaning too vast for human comprehension.

Is my BIOS all UEFI (proud) or some kind of mix (embarrassed)?
Although I have a hundred things to do around the apartment, I decided to prioritize by checking my BIOS. I would like to know if my settings are 100% UEFI or whether the machine is actually booting Legacy without telling me. Start - I have a Dell Optiplex 7010 desktop with 16GB RAM...

Father's Day
I'm not sure about the rest of Mother Earth, but in the States there is a custom that the third Sunday of June is celebrated for Father's Day, and I'd like to post this video. I hope it can be as comforting for you as it was for me. There is a line in the lyrics that is similar to what I've...

Am I Proud? You Bet!
I realise that I really shouldn't brag, but I just wanted to say how proud I am of my eldest grandson who has just started a new job at the Williams F1 company near Wantage in Oxfordshire. From the age of 11, the lad has wanted to work in motor racing and after completing a three-year...
