can someone help my build an app installer menu?

hey guys well what i want to do is make a app install menu if it can be done to run from disk, as when i do a fresh install it takes so long to install my apps again that i would love a disk as to like black xp has if anyone seen it, props will have done how it lets you pick the apps you want to install so if anyone here can help ill be grateful.


EDIT: for those that haven't seen black xp's install menu here is a pic.
