This is no joke for anyone who knows what this is we found some yesterday and are heading out again today. mmmm good.

Yes I know, Morell mushrooms. Not sure of the spelling. You can sell these for quite a bit of money. :)

Be a while here yet. There's still snow on the ground. Lots of Chantrells around here.

Yep morels. We found a few and got some good exercise. Having some for supper tonight and a beer, Cheers all! lm

Just make sure they're not False Morels.

Well, they go out searching (hunting) them down. Hence, the hunting denotion. Gathering would probably be more of; they know where they are , so they go out and gather them. But we're talking semantics here.

Technically, they wouldn't be considered inanimate objects. Since the grow from small to a bigger size, just at such a slow rate and are alive.
