My Mum would prefer white keyboards. But they're quite difficult to find now. Myself I prefer black ones since it matches my case

I see a lot of white, or beige keyboards in the Thrift shops for $3 -$7 at times

Mine could be pink with purpley spots, and I would still have to look at the keys,
I am the worst typist in the world.
I hear that, If I can get two fingers typing I'm having a good day.

I would agree with Z3r0 I have a black key board in front of me and the B and Q keys are whiter thatn the A and E keys. My backspace key is almost completely greyed out.

I used to be like that until I tried a split ergonomic keyboard, my typing improved massively in a short time once the keys were split, I couldn't be without one now.

I think that after a decade or two of beige, people got tired of it, marketeers glomped onto black. Black is the new beige, it'll change again in another 10 years to... CHROME! In the future, everything is chrome...

Yeah, I am a fan of my ergo keyboards as well. However I have gotten pretty decent with typing on my laptop keyboards as well.

I learned to type back in junior high and always thought "when will I ever need to know how to do this". Then I also had a typing class in high school where I once again thought..."what good will this be". Now, it's one of the most important skills that I posses. I can hardly stand it at work when I work with others who cannot type properly or with any type of speed. I'm always amazed that they can get anything done.

All I can say is that I am happy that is not the only option for keyboards. I can't stand that disign
