Today I read sergiogarcia9's "How To install and Setup A SATA Hard Drive" tutorial.
Today almost all airspace in northern and western Europe is closed, thousands of flights cancelled because of the volcanic ash from an Icelandic volcano (Volcanic ash cloud causes air travel chaos - CNN.com).
ATM, 10:30 PM Central European Time the UK, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Iceland, Belgium and Holland have closed the airspace completely, France has closed 25 airports, airports in Düsseldorf, Dortmund, Hamburg and Berlin in Germany are completely closed and Frankfurt, Germany's biggest and busiest airport has canceled hundreds of flights and is probably going to be closed later tonight.
The situation is said to continue as it is or get worse at least until late tomorrow afternoon as the volcanic ash moves southeast. European air travel is never been so paralyzed. Quite fascinating to follow news ATM!

P.S. Jan, thanks for the nice words :)
I heard about that.
SAS, Denmarks biggest flying company, had to cancel over 600 planes to different destinations because of this. Also the airport in Copenhagen is closed until 14:00 tomorrow (or further, its not known yet)
Also, i read that people in the Swedish city Bergen, can smell the sulfur from the volcano
Weird how an volcanic explosion that far away can effects countries like Germany, Holland and Denmark
Sergio, Bergen is west coast of Norway. Not Sweden.
This volcano has sent ashes up to 11 kilometers high (about 6.8 miles). Fast moving air currents from Iceland are moving to south - southeast, so the ash doesn't fall down before it reaches Western Europe.
Got an interesting text message two hours ago. I had a visitor from the UK today, flew in to Berlin late last night and one hour ICE train to Leipzig early this morning. We met, did some business and had a brunch, then he headed back to Berlin to wait his evening flight back to London.
But the flight was canceled, so he had to take the train to Brussels in Belgium and from there he'd planned to take the Eurostar train to London, but because of this situation he's stuck in Brussels, waiting to get a seat on the train. He wrote that it looks like the whole European population is at the moment in Brussels railway station, waiting to get a seat on a train because there are no flights.
Really interesting: CNN just told the situation is not going to be better any time soon, airspace closings are going to continue.
Today, I ordered my new phone. HTC HD2. Can't for it to arrive. Got a great deal on it too.
Whoops my bad Kari
