Today, i experienced my first BSOD with the new system, but it didn't take me long to find out what caused it, and to get everything back in order.

I had fun with that while overclocking.
That was the problem, couldn't handle an OC of 1,125 mhz.. >_<

    MOAR voltage!

Seriously was it the CPU or RAM you overclocked?

Both, CPU stays at 3.01GHZ, but i removed the DDR2-800, and left the DDR-1066, and OC'd the 1066 to 1,125.

But the CPU struggled to keep up, kept maxing out and having epic lag, and BSOD'd.

It wouldn't be so much the CPU struggling to keep up - more like insufficient voltage, too tight on the timings, or the RAM just isn't that well 'binned' enough to run at 1125mhz even with loose timings and more voltage.

Well, i wanted to OC, but im not too experienced with the voltages side of it, didnt want to make fried cake of my CPU.

The RAM had low usage and thr CPU was spiking heaps.
