    As my default is for immediate notification - I remove all solved, subscribed posts and keep the others to about a 2 week maximum - about 100 or so.

    Not like the good old leak days when monitoring some of those threads I was getting several hundred emails a day

    Hi Ted,

    you can create additional folders for those subs that you want to keep handy for reference, and maybe set the email to weekly or never that way they're easier to find
