    I sorta rebuilt the eyelid (smaller) .. Maybe that's what you're seeing as cleaner ???

    Oh yeah, i see how you've done that
    Cropped the eyelid to the shape of the eye.... that was what i needed to do.

    More like Erasing and Cloning (some feathering with the blurr tool ).. than Cropping.
    It's not there long enough to worry about too many details
    The problem was the face with both eyes open...
    That required some fixing after flipping and merging the right side.
