Today I took my dad to the doctor and to have chest X-rays made; he has bronchitis and a mild case of pneumonia. I still have go pick up his prescriptions.
Hope it really is mild....pneumonia is no joke, especially combined with bronchitis. Take good care of him! Hope he's ok.

Hope he gets well soon Carl.

Thank you, manhunter. I showed him the art work and he laughed (and coughed).

Thank you, Noobvious. Your are right pneumonia is nothing to fool around with - especially when you are 90 years old.

Thanks, Joan. He is in remarkable health for his age. Mae Lyne and I are watching him like a hawk. I feel confident he will bounce back. The doc put him on a strong antibiotic. The Z-Pac did not do the job.
